What we store
The members' area stores only your first name, last name, email address, the date your account was created, and any suggestions you choose to send us. It never collects, stores or displays medical or health information.
Your care stays elsewhere
All clinical actions — booking appointments, blood tests, repeat prescriptions and consultations — happen on the clinic's secure external systems (such as Semble and Practice Better). Nothing you enter there is stored in this members' area.
Who can see your information
Only you and the Deia Health team can see your details. Other members cannot see your name, email or activity — this is a private area, not a community. Suggestions you send are visible to the team only, and your name and email are attached to a suggestion only if you tick the box asking us to contact you.
No tracking
No analytics, advertising pixels, chat widgets or other third-party tracking scripts run on any members' area page.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal data held about you in the members' area. Contact the clinic at hello@deiahealth.com and we will help.
