Why people join

The problem is rarely the appointment. It is the starting again.

Most people do not want more medicine. They want one doctor who already knows the history, notices the pattern, and can be reached without a three-week wait or a fresh explanation each time.

Membership is simply that: continuity, sensible access and a prevention plan that is actually followed through. It is designed to be used regularly, not saved for emergencies.

  • You have explained the same history four times, to four different doctors.

  • Something has been rumbling on for months and you have stopped chasing it.

  • You are the person who books everyone else's appointments, and never your own.

  • A child spikes a temperature at 10pm and you are guessing whether it can wait.

  • You have been told your results are normal, but you do not feel well.

If that sounds familiar, this is what membership fixes.

What changes

The difference continuity makes

Nothing here is exotic. It is general practice given the time, the memory and the access it was always supposed to have.

Who you see

Whoever is available that day

The same GP, who already knows your history

Getting seen

Phone at 8am, wait, hope

Same or next-day appointments, booked directly

Between appointments

Nowhere to ask a small question

Message your GP and get a considered reply

Out of hours

111, A&E, or wait until Monday

24/7 remote and home-visit cover, with your GP kept informed

Prevention

Reacting once something goes wrong

Annual screening and a plan that is reviewed and adjusted

Records

Scattered across clinics and portals

One record, held in one place, for the whole family

Who membership suits

Built for ordinary life, done properly

Members are not one type of person. What they share is a wish for their care to be held by someone who knows them.

01

Families who want one doctor for everyone

Children under 16 join a parent's membership. One GP holds every record, so a rash at bedtime, a school form or a long-running tummy problem are all handled by someone who knows the family.

02

Something ongoing that has never been joined up

Gut symptoms, PCOS, endometriosis, perimenopause, fatigue, low mood or burnout. These need time, review and adjustment — not a new ten-minute appointment each time it flares.

03

Demanding work, frequent travel, little slack

You need medicine that fits around meetings and time zones: remote consultations, home visits, prescriptions sorted, referrals arranged without you project-managing them.

04

Prevention and healthy years ahead

Family history you would rather get ahead of. Annual screening, honest risk assessment and a plan that is measured and revisited, so change is evidenced rather than assumed.

The approach behind every membership

Conventional medicine, plus the things that actually move the needle

Around eighty per cent of chronic disease is shaped by how we live. Membership care treats that as clinical information, not advice — assessed, measured and reviewed alongside your diagnostics and prescribing.

Diagnostics done thoroughly

Symptoms are interpreted alongside detailed bloods, so we treat the cause we can see rather than the label that fits fastest.

Nutrition

Diet drives blood sugar, lipids, inflammation and gut function — the systems behind most fatigue, weight and hormonal complaints.

Movement

Strength and cardiorespiratory fitness are the strongest predictors of healthy years. Small, sustainable prescriptions beat ambitious plans that stop in March.

Sleep

Broken sleep raises blood pressure, appetite and anxiety and blunts recovery. Fix it and half the presenting symptoms often soften.

Stress and nervous system

Chronic stress physiology shows up as gut symptoms, palpitations, cycle changes and burnout. Naming it and treating it stops years of investigation.

Social connection

Isolation carries a measurable mortality risk and shapes recovery. It belongs in a medical review, not a wellbeing leaflet.

Environment and toxin load

Alcohol, nicotine, air quality and everyday exposures accumulate quietly. Reducing them lowers risk without heroic effort.

Genetics and family history

Your inheritance sets the starting position, not the outcome. Knowing it tells us what to screen for, how early, and how often.

Prescribing when it is right

HRT, medication and referral are used decisively when they are the correct answer. Lifestyle medicine is not a reason to withhold treatment.

Included with every membership

Cover that holds, day and night

Every tier sits on the same foundation. Whatever happens outside clinic hours, there is one number to call and one escalation route — and your own GP is always told what happened.

Most members arrive after years of being seen briefly by people who did not know them. What they want is straightforward: someone who listens properly, remembers, and says plainly what is going on and what to do next.

That is what membership buys — time and continuity, with conventional medicine done thoroughly, lifestyle medicine used where it changes outcomes, and treatment prescribed decisively when it is the right answer.

  • GMC-registered GP, 19 years in practice
  • MBBS, MRCGP — Royal College of General Practitioners
  • Board certified in Lifestyle Medicine (Dip BSLM/IBLM)
  • BSc and MSc — research-trained, evidence-first
  • Every membership consultation held personally

Transformational health programme

When twelve weeks of bespoke care is what moves you forward

Some problems do not resolve with an appointment every few months — long-standing gut symptoms, hormonal disruption, burnout, weight that will not shift. The programme gives those a structure: intensive doctor-led care over twelve weeks, measured at the start and the end, so change is evidenced rather than hoped for.

Your programme includes

  • 90-minute functional medicine onboarding, then a 60-minute doctor consultation every month
  • Tailored diagnostic testing to find the underlying imbalance, not just the symptom
  • Two to four practitioner sessions a month — nutrition, movement, nervous system, sleep
  • Cognitive and mood assessment where brain fog, focus or low mood are part of the picture
  • Monthly multidisciplinary team meeting about your case
  • Direct GP messaging, referrals, prescriptions and a supplement plan
